👉Beginners Workshop
Learning a new skill, especially a handstand, not have to be daunting or impossible task!

Whether you can kick up to a handstand in the middle of the room, against the wall, or if you’re en route to get there, I’m offering you this handstand intensive training to reach high level of control and confidence in your skills, regardless of your level. The focus of intensive is to build solid foundation, build confidence and understanding of skills and build your own practice .

First day of the workshop we will focus on foundation especially alignment work against the wall and on the floor progressing into L shape handstand against the wall and kick up to handstand progressions . All exercises are aiming at improving your awareness in handstand which I believe is most important aspects of improving your balance and technique in handstand .

Second day of the workshop we will continue exploring how to kick up to handstand correctly and safely, progressing into tuck handstand variations and depending on participants ability I will adopt exercises participants will be encouraged to work on their own to improving their balance and control by practicing handstand variations

– Exploring different handstand variations (one-arm, straddle, tuck)
– Refining your handstand form and aesthetics
– increase stamina for longer hold

**Who Should Attend:**
This training  is ideal for yogis, gymnasts, and fitness enthusiasts with a foundational understanding of handstands. Participants should be comfortable holding a handstand 10-60 sec and ready to challenge themselves further.
