Vinyasa Yoga (Level 1,2,3)

In Vinyasa Yoga you connect breathing with movement!

It is a flow class with postures that give the body strength, flexibility but also a calm and stable mind. By synchronizing the breath with each movement, heat is generated in the body, the blood is purified and circulation is improved.

The sweat removes toxins from the body, offering a slim and strong body. Aimed at new students as well as those with experience who want to participate in a class with basic Vinyasa Yoga poses!

Dharma Yoga (Level 1,2,3)

A Raja Yoga class open to all levels.

Through the practice of Raja Yoga, we awaken the mind and improve concentration.

This class is taught by the great teacher Dharma Mittra and the students practice a specific series of balance poses, hyperextensions (back bending), twists, handstands but also inverted variations based on headstands. (king posture).

It is the ideal course to take your practice one step forward!

Handstand Lovers (Level 1,2,3)

For those who love being upside down!

A class that focuses on technique, absolute balance and strengthening of the core.

Handstand is a basic pose that strengthens the entire body.

We will also practice handstand variations and basic arm balances. You will learn the art of balancing on your hands…!

A fun class, ideal for strengthening the core, toning the arms but also staying concentrated and focusing on achieving the goal of finding peace and balance while inverted. (Nothing is impossible!

Ashtanga Led Class Primary Series (Level 2,3)

In this class, the entire first series of Ashtanga Yoga is taught.

The teacher guides the class for all students at the same time.

You will learn and perfect the postures from the first series of Ashtanga Yoga. You will also practice the connection of the breath with the flow in the right direction.

You will develop strength, flexibility and acquire new dimensions of mind-bodybreath union.

A little experience in Yoga is needed, get ready to sweat!

Αshtanga Mysore (Level 1,2,3)

A course for all levels!

You are taught Ashtanga Yoga in the most traditional way, as it was done in India and continues to this day. “Mysore” is named after the city in India, where we were taught the method by its creator Sri k. Pattabhi Jois.

You have the opportunity to share your practice at the same time with other “practitioners” at your own level and with the help and guidance of the teacher (Self Practice).

Yoga Vinyasa Flow For All (Level 1,2)

Yoga vinyasa flow for all, a class for all levels, from beginners to advanced with continuous guidance.

More specifically, it is a course consisting of exercises (asanas) performed in a continuous flow in combination with breathing.

Emphasis is placed on transitions between positions, raising the intensity and energy.

The goal is relaxation, flexibility, proper alignment and muscle strengthening and endurance.

Pilates Mat

A Pilates Mat class open to all levels.

Pilates is a mind and body practice with benefits that include improved posture and better coordination.

Practicing Mat Pilates helps build a strong balanced body and increases flexibility.

Mat work is a great choice from beginners to advanced students because every exercise can be modified to decrease or increase the level of challenge.

Flexibility

The class is open to all levels of flexibility.

You do not need to be flexible before coming to class. You do not have to be able to do a leg split or be able to bend to the point where you can touch your head to your knees or toes to go to our flexibility classes.

We work with all levels of flexibility, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. With continued practice, our classes will help you become more flexible and increase your mobility!
